Overview
This policy covers refunds for documentation sessions booked with Web Dunepath Co., Ltd. All fees are in Korean won unless otherwise stated.
Deposit Refunds
A deposit of ₩300,000 is required to hold session dates more than six weeks in advance.
- 14 or more days before session: Full deposit refund
- Fewer than 14 days before session: Deposit forfeited
- No-show: Full session fee charged; no refund
Full Session Refunds
Before work begins: If you cancel before the session start time and outside the 14-day window, the session fee minus the forfeited deposit is refunded within 10 business days.
After work begins: No refund once the session has started. Partial completion does not qualify for partial refund except at our discretion in documented service failures.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days notice. Additional reschedules within 7 days of the session date incur a ₩150,000 rebooking fee.
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed bound folders and printed materials
- Courier fees once shipment has been initiated
- Travel time charges for custodian-site sessions that have commenced
- Beneficiary briefing sessions after the briefing has started
Service Failure
If we cancel a session due to specialist unavailability, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice. If a delivered folder contains documented errors attributable to our team, we provide a correction session at no charge.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank transfers are processed within 10 business days of approval.
Cancellation by Client After Work Started
If you end a session early, the full fee applies. Materials completed to that point are yours to keep.
