Every Web Dunepath folder follows a standard tab order developed since 2019. Holders and executors learn to navigate by section number rather than hunting through loose papers.

Tab 1 — Cover & Revision Log
Holder name, folder ID, current revision date, and amendment history
Tab 2 — Wallet Inventory
Typed entries for each wallet: type, status, approximate balance range, storage location
Tab 3 — Custodian Contacts
People who hold keys, envelopes, or secondary materials
Tab 4 — Access Procedures
Ordered steps for executor activation
Tab 5 — Beneficiary Pages
Named beneficiaries with contact details and briefing status
Tab 6 — Professional Contacts
Attorney, accountant, and executor details
Tab 7 — Exchange & Custodial Accounts

Signed statement from the folder custodian acknowledging receipt

Physical Specifications

Folders are A4-size, hardbound with cloth covers, and stamped with the holder’s initials and revision date on the spine. Paper is acid-free archival stock. We bind on site at the conclusion of each session.
