Folder Structure
Every Web Dunepath folder follows a standard tab order developed since 2019. Holders and executors learn to navigate by section number rather than hunting through loose papers.
- Tab 1 — Cover & Revision Log
- Holder name, folder ID, current revision date, and amendment history
- Tab 2 — Wallet Inventory
- Typed entries for each wallet: type, status, approximate balance range, storage location
- Tab 3 — Custodian Contacts
- People who hold keys, envelopes, or secondary materials
- Tab 4 — Access Procedures
- Ordered steps for executor activation
- Tab 5 — Beneficiary Pages
- Named beneficiaries with contact details and briefing status
- Tab 6 — Professional Contacts
- Attorney, accountant, and executor details
- Tab 7 — Exchange & Custodial Accounts
- Account identifiers without credentials
- Tab 8 — Custodian Letter
- Signed statement from the folder custodian acknowledging receipt
