2. Services Description
Web Dunepath provides documentation services for crypto estate inheritance folders, including initial setup, annual reviews, beneficiary briefings, and interim updates. We prepare physical document sets. We do not manage cryptocurrency assets, hold private keys, execute transactions, or provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
3. Appointments and Cancellation
Sessions are scheduled by appointment. Cancellations with at least 14 days notice receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged the full session fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information during sessions. Clients are responsible for the security of recovery phrases, private keys, and credentials. Web Dunepath documents storage locations only; we do not store secrets.
5. Intellectual Property
Folder templates, section layouts, and standardised forms are the intellectual property of Web Dunepath Co., Ltd. Clients receive licensed use of completed folders for personal estate purposes. Templates may not be reproduced for commercial use.
6. Limitation of Liability
Web Dunepath’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific session giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate client information, wallet inaccessibility, market fluctuations, or actions taken by executors or third parties based on folder contents.
7. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential. We do not publish client names, holdings, or folder contents without written consent.
8. Website Use
Website content is provided for informational purposes. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute site content without permission. Form submissions are processed according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yongin, Gyeonggi Province.
